Starting from breakfast with homemade cakes, the kitchen staff carries on preparing typical Tuscan dishes, alternated with the most popular national dishes, trying to exploit land resources mostly, in order to ensure the best genuineness.

The homemade jam tarts are a concrete example, as well as our fresh pasta, such as pici, gnocchi and pappardelle, and other traditional dishes, like the ribollita, the cropped veal, the Etruscan rabbit, the porchetta, etc.
